Answer
The Active Ageing Strategy 2016-2022 contained actions which focused on helping older people gain digital skills.
The Department of Finance has a Digital Inclusion Unit who promote Digital Inclusion. As part of their work, they deliver initiatives which ensure older people are not excluded from accessing information and services by working with various organisations to recruit digital champions, providing tuition, and detailing the help that is available to assist older people in accessing online services.
