Answer
Belfast is a key driver of economic growth, contributing over 30% to the North’s GVA. It therefore has an important role to play in supporting and sustaining businesses and supply chains across the North.
Belfast will continue to be a key driver of economic growth and it is important that we can maximise the diffusion of these benefits throughout the North. Increased collaboration and partnership will be key to make this to happen. The Sub Regional Plan which encourages collaboration across geographic areas can provide a framework for this.
