Answer
My officials have been working closely with the Alliance for Lifelong Learning, with a view to exploring and co-designing effective approaches to creating a culture of lifelong learning here. Via my Skills Fund, we are pursuing several initiatives which will enhance awareness of adult learning opportunities and demonstrate and promote the impact and benefits of participation in adult learning. The first of these initiatives – research into impact measurement of adult learning, especially non-accredited learning – is now about to commence, led by the Alliance.
