Answer
The Green Skills Action Plan recommended a review of the skills ecosystem. The Public Accounts Committee’s Report on Developing the Skills for Northern Ireland’s Future was published on 29 May 2025 and made a number of recommendations which relate to this issue, and my department is currently considering its response to that report.
When this response is finalised, I will consider how and when this work will be progressed, dependent on the availability of resources.
