ANSWER
My officials are continuing to engage with Treasury colleagues on their review and consideration of the Department for the Economy’s non-domestic RHI Scheme business case. Whilst I would hope to receive a response from Treasury as soon as practicable, I am unable to provide a timeline for their response.
