This issue is an operational matter for the Housing Executive. I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows:
“As of 8th October 2025, The Housing Executive had 11,376 three-bedroom and 1290 four-bedroom houses in its Belfast Region.”
The Department does not hold the requested information in relation to Housing Associations.
