AQW 52383/22-27 Written question to the Minister for Infrastructure
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether (i) DfI Roads has assessed the continuing technical feasibility of the Saintfield Road, Belfast, access, approved under Planning Appeal 2019/A0178, and (ii) subsequent alterations to the surrounding road network have affected the ability to implement that approved access.

My officials have not yet received detailed proposals from the applicant to progress development access under Planning Appeal 2019/A0178. Should such proposals be submitted, they will be assessed against the relevant design standards which will inform any subsequent decision on approval.
The implementation of the approved access remains a matter for the applicant at this time.
