Answer
The Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) is responsible for the administration of driver licensing in the north and the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) performs this function for drivers who are resident in Britain.
The Department does not hold the information you have requested in respect of road traffic accidents involving someone who had failed to inform the DVA that they had been deemed medically unfit to drive.
