To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail (i) any contingency plans for the removal of offensive graffiti when budgetary constraints affect an external contractor's ability to carry out the work; and (ii) whether she can ensure the offensive graffiti on the flood wall, near the St. George’s Harbour Apartments, Belfast, will be removed.
